I didn't take any pictures today.  So while I was folding laundry I asked William and Lizzie to come over and get a few pictures taken so that I had something to document for today.  Lizzie is such a wonderful big sister to William.  They adore each other and I love watching their relationship thrive.  I think William is always going to be a squishy baby.  I can't even imagine him any other way.  I know that he will grow up eventually...but for now I am so enjoying him being our little squishy "baby".




Not much happened today, thankfully.  While Caitlyn was in preschool this morning Miah and Emily (her Mom, my friend) came over and we chatted for about an hour and a half.  It's always good to have some girl talk in the middle of the day.

Bryce had math tutoring after school.  Have I mentioned that he is going to tutoring now on Wednesday's and Thursday's after school?  He seems to enjoy it.  I hope that it helps him out a little bit.

The kids had Judo and Mason had basketball practice tonight.  Thank goodness Jon doesn't work on Wednesday's at the college.  He is able to do the running around while I stay at home with the little one's who aren't involved in sports yet.  So much nicer than having to drag them all with me to and fro.

No one else has come to see our house...it worries me a little bit.  But I'm mostly worried about our dream house.  The owners said that they were going to counter our offer...but they haven't done it yet.  I would think that they would be in more of a rush since their house has been on the market for nearly 300 days.  Apparently they aren't in too big of a hurry to sell their home.  It is so hard being in limbo like this.  I am the worst at waiting.  I am the worst at facing the unknown.

I know that it will work out eventually the way that it is supposed to...but the waiting part is difficult.

 2021...What a year! Some Highlights: I read the Book of Mormon 4 times this year (one time I finished in 29 days!) We studied the Doctrine and Covenants for Come follow Me! Lizzie Started Highschool (and seminary)! William started Kindergarten! I got depressed being home without the kids...so I got my first job in 14 years! I was called to be the ward Young Women President in January. Jon is still serving in the Bishopric, this year as the 2nd Counselor. Bryce was ordained to the office of a Deacon and serves as the Deacon Quorum President. Jon broke his foot in March and had to have surgery. Our fruit trees produced no fruit this year, which was sad. Lizzie was extremely sick for about 2 months.  She had ovarian cysts, major constipation, and valley fever! Another Lag in Posting

 I apologize for not writing very often.  I have just had a few really bad days this week.  Emotionally unstable days where I could barely make myself do the bare minimum.  Updating the blog wasn't number one on my priority list.  I'm feeling much better now, but I just can't properly document the past week.  Sorry! The days where I experience mental health challenges really get to me.  I feel like I'm in a dark place and trapped in my own mind, drowning in negativity, self-doubt, and self-loathing.  It's extremely powerful.  Thankfully, it is not like that every day of my life, as it is with those who suffer from severe depression.  I can't imagine not being able to snap out of it.  My "bad days" correlate very closely to my time of the month.  For about a week out of every month I feel very poorly, emotionally.  It's a hormonal imbalance that I feel is worse than most women.  At least I am unaware of any women who s...
