Lazy Saturday

William came into our room last night...again.  I tried to put him back in his bed but it just wasn't happening.  So I let him come in bed with us.  And he wet the bed, ha ha.  Pee all over the place.  It happened early in the morning so he had a very early morning bath.  Then he was tired the rest of the day.  I'm crossing my fingers that he stays in his bed tonight.

We had a lazy day today.

I ran 5 miles in the morning.  I made my traditional waffles with strawberries and whipping cream for breakfast.  Sandy and the kids and I went for a walk outside.  The kids ate popsicles.  We played games, read books, ate lunch, and just relaxed.  Oh yes, the kids watched "The Halloween Tree" during breakfast.  I love that movie.  Growing up, I watched it over and over again with my siblings.  Such good memories.  Today I also spent a lot of time working on my Nutrition assignment, which I turned in.  I also studied for and took a nutrition quiz.  I missed one question again.  So far I have only lost 2 points in the entire semester.  But I have done all of the extra credit work possible, so I have made up for those lost points.  I just want to get an "A" in this class.  After this class, I will be able to apply for the LVN program.  Not in 2021, but in 2022.  I think the time might be right then.  However, I'll continue to pray about it and see what Heavenly Father thinks.  I want to "Let God Prevail" in my life.  First things first.

Lizzie painted this picture today.  It's so good!  She is so talented.

Grandma playing games with the boys!

The girls and William did this cute Halloween craft today.  William made a bat, Caitlyn made a ghost...and I forgot to take a picture of it, but Lizzie made a pumpkin and a candy corn.

William read a book to Bita today!

Watching "The Halloween Tree" while eating breakfast.
What a wonderful life!

Mason did not stop playing with his Hidden Side Lego set ALL DAY LONG.  I can't wait to give him his Christmas Present this year!
