Sunday Scripts: September 13th, 2020
Before the scripts...Here is the Lego Haunted House that the kids created. I think it looks awesome!
On with the scripts!
Elizabeth Over, Age 13
"Welcome to Sunday Special, political announcement. The best part about this week was pumpkin chocolate chip bread, made by mother dearest. It is so good and she made two loaves and I have basically ate both of them. We set up the Fall Decorations. We had a pre-Thanksgiving dinner. I got new clothes. And sewing stuff. I talked about Repentance for my church talk today. I'm almost done reading all of President Nelson's talks and I can't wait for General Conference. Thank you for coming to Sunday Special."
Bryce Over, Age 11
"This week I did school. On Monday I built 2 Lego Sets. I got them from my party on Sunday. They were from Grandma and Tia and Tio. I also got Pokeman Cards. This week I did Social Studies and Science. I did a test for Language Arts, again. And I slept in a little bit. I'm reading Bobafet, Book 1, The Fight to Survive. There are 6 books in the Series. I'm reading the Book of Mormon too. I'm on 1st Nephi, Chapter 18. And I figured something out for Legos. In the girl hair you can put a light saber stick underneath and it makes the hair look longer. I also figured out that Ray had a yellow light saber. And Mason doesn't like Star Wars. Mason likes Monster Fighters even though they are really expensive. Caitlyn likes pink pieces for some reason. I have 20 dollars. Actually, 21. I'm going to save it so that I can get something big. I think I might get more prisma colors colored pencils. They are really expensive. At Walmart, they are 12 dollars for a pack of 12. I learned that there are different types of colored pencils, like 96H and those numbers show the roughness of the colored pencils. And this ghost is roast...I mean, toast. Ghostuster Lego's are expensive. One time m friend brought a Ghostbutser mobile with pieces to Gorman in 2018. Mason likes Hidden Side. Today I gave my talk about Doctrine and Covenants Section 86 the parable of the Wheat and the Tares. Welcome to the Sunday Spectacular. I'm done."
Mason Over, age 8
(He's under his bed.)
"Today is Sunday. And we always do Sunday Scripts on Sunday because it's Sunday Scripts. And Me and Bryce are going to build a haunted house that's going to be bigger than Lizzies. My talk today was about my testimony and ABC Book of Mormon clues. I bear my testimony that the church is true and the Book of Mormon is true. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
Caitlyn Over, Age 6
"I read two books. I'm Catilyn and I read 2 books. And my testimony was about baptism today. Lizzie's was about repentance. And Mason's was a little game where you have to guess who was who in the Book of Mormon. He gave a clue and we guessed. Mommy helped me with my talk. I made songs up on the piano and I got a new outfit. I drawed a rainbow picture with bunnies that were rainbow and carrots that were rainbow. We made a Lego haunted house. And Mommy has a beautiful Canada scarf. And her chili was so good that I ate 3 bowls of chili when it was dinner time and I ate that. Lizzie got new clothes and pants and jacket. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
William Over, Age 4
"I love everyone. And we can be together and we always can do spiritual things. And we can be always playing outside all the time. Jesus will help us. Jesus helps us in the dark. He helps you when you are in the dark. And I love Mommy. And when I was a baby I was in Mommy's belly. And I said, Mommy, can you talk about my birth (birf)? I was going to make a haunted house too. But Caitlyn said it was hers. And Jesus made us. And we didn't make ourselves. Only Jesus did. And we learn everything that Jesus says. And I like to play fort wars. And I love Mommy so, so, so, so, so, so much. Caitlyn is funny. Caitlyn sings. And Mommy is kind. And Lizzie is funny too. I was asleep and I was scared and I went to Mommy's and Daddy's room. And I went on the bed and I wasn't scared anymore. And in the morning Brycie tickled our feet. And I ate the new marshmallow cereal and it tasted good. I ate the blueberry monster one. And it tasted so good. I want to taste the pink one and the brown one. And so it could be my last time going on an adventure. And we can be always good outside. The praying-mantises pinch. And Mommy is so kind. And Mommy has green eyes. And I have chocolate brown eyes that mommy says I do. And Caitlyn sings the song of Hosannah. When we were doing church. And on school time I was doing the march, april song on the tablet. Mommy's chest is so squishy. And I'm cool because I was scared at doing front rolls and now I know how to do front rolls. And I know how to hop with one foot. And my birthday was a batman birthday. And I was four and I had another four birthday. And it was so good that I had my cake. And Mommy looks beautiful. Church is real but not Goosebumps. Goosebumps is fake. Church is always in our hands. And now I'm holding a pokeball. Which one is inside of the pokeball? Which one? And it opened up and it showed the pokemon...pikachu is invisible! The ultimate pikachu that is inside and it's invisible. Don't touch it or else it will lightening bolt you. And Grandma is coming today. And they are going to see me coloring my ABC's. But it's going to be hard to work on it. And Mommy is a teacher for me. And now I know how to do reading eggs. And we used to be in our other home but now we are in this home. And Mommy's chest is squishy. Starfall is like Reading Eggs. But Mommy didn't teach me how to read yet. The pokeball is open and the invisible Pikachu is gone out and I have to find it. We say prayers. And we have good dreams. So we can be always good and be blessed when we go to bed. Yoga is just relaxing. We can be always strong and healthy. And I feel sad again and we can be, wehen it's Christmas, we can go inside of our big, big thing that grandma bought us. We can color it whatever we want. We can always play in it. And that's all. We are good, not bad. And we say prayers every night. And then nothing happens. Instead you go and rinse off. And that's how you do it. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen. That's it! And for Christmas I'm going to get the playmobile set where I'll get the slimer ghostbuster and 4 terror dogs. And I'll get 2 traps, maybe. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
