Shopping Saturday

I woke up early and exercised, hoping to snap myself back into normality.  I felt a little better afterwards, but not completely back to normal.  It took about half of the day, then I was able to snap out of it.  Actually, come to think of it, I didn't snap out of it until I got out of the house and went shopping.  Maybe, just maybe, I'm not as much of a homebody as I thought that I was.  I think I need to get out of the house every once in a while.  I think I'll feel better once this pandemic is over and we are able to go to the library and the park again.

I spent the morning working on the Young Women Newsletter.  It turned out well, I think.  I also worked on my Spanish class.  I'm not learning very much this time around.  I haven't been very diligent at studying.  I'm hoping just to make it through the course and print out the material...then I can continue studying on my own.

I took Lizzie, Caitlyn, and William shopping.  We went to Sam's and Walmart.  I bought them ice cream at Walmart (a little sundae cup) and they were in Heaven.

After dinner (I made Sloppy Joe's), we played outside.  Jon mowed the lawn and took the kids on a tractor ride simultaneously.  It was heaven.  It looked like Heaven.  It felt like Heaven.  This life that we have our here in Antelope Acres is the best life ever.  I honestly don't have a desire to move.  Not one tiny desire.  This is our home.

This was the first fire ant I've ever seen.  It was huge!
