Chalk Creations
The Primary dropped off a cute little package for the kids today. There were treats, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk. The kids were asked to draw a scripture story with their chalk and share their creations on Facebook.
This is William's dragon, not quite a scripture story, ha ha.
This is more like it. William drew Jonah inside of the whale!
Bryce drew Joseph Smith and the Angel Moroni.
Caityn drew Joseph Smith when he retrieved the Golden Plates.
Mason drew the Tree of Life!
The kids had fun with the bubbles, too. It was really windy outside so the wind did all of the work.
I made a peach cobbler for dessert with peaches from our peach tree! It was so yummy! I'm determined more than ever to learn how to preserve the fruit that we produce (actually, that God produces).
Lizzie made homemade pretzels for lunch today! These pretzel bites are a favorite of ours. Better than mall pretzels, for sure!
Jon continued to work on the entertainment center. It's going to be amazing!
William looks so cute in this Racoon hat. Bryce and Mason got these racoon hats at Yellowstone last year. They love walking in the yard wearing their hats and pretending that they live in the olden days, ha ha.
Lizzie made these sleeping masks for her and Caitlyn today! She is getting more and more confident with using the sewing machine. She's amazing! I'm so proud of my girls.
